Big hype, little substance

This hotel looks good on paper, but falls short on execution. While the view was exceptional, the check-in process was painfully slow and rooms felt outdated. Housekeeping knocked despite the "do not disturb" sign, which was annoying. The beds were hard, leaving me longing for a restful sleep. Definitely some room for improvement.

The superior double room was a comfortable retreat, but the bed was too hard for my preference, leading to disturbed sleep. While breakfast showcased seasonal products and was enjoyable, the prolonged check-in process was frustrating and demands for better room amenities seem needed.
